Some more mermaids. These didn't last, though. I didn't keep them warm enough between torch and kiln, and so they both broke. :(

If you try them again (and make 'em work) you could make them with the loop on top for ease of hanging?

I suppose I could, but they are beads, and so I usually just put a headpin in 'em, and they could be hung that way.
They were meant to be pendants for my sister-in-law, but Canada Post wasn't completely gentle with them (and they were weak to begin with), so they went smash in the mail.

My dad works for CP. I can honestly say that my dad is the mailman.
(My buddy Graeme's his dad is a postie too, so I call him my half-brother. XD )

My cousin Pat tuns a post-office in the boonies. He's the only one who works there, so he also delivers the mail. *thumbs up* He seems much happier than when he sold insurance...
(Does this mean we're related, too? :O)

(I have so many of them in my life. XD)
